RISA FEIN
BIO
Risa Fein has been the independent owner and operator of A Fine Touch, conveniently located in Bellevue since 2007.
Risa first entered the wellness industry by graduating from nail school in 1997. Her focus deepened, and she became a licensed massage therapist after graduating from the body mind Academy in 2005. Today her practice focuses on whole body therapeutic treatment using multiple advanced modalities, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and breath work. She often enhances her healing touch with heated stones and hot towels for added benefit.
For Risa, every client is number one. Her commitment to one-to-one customer service and attention to detail-from your initial connection through scheduling your next visit-is what truly sets A Fine Touch apart.

FRANK SPARLING
BIO
Frank launched his new career in massage and wellness after graduating from the Washington Spa Academy in September 2024. He joined A Fine Touch in December of the same year and has since honed his skills in therapeutic modalities, specializing in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release techniques.
As a Reiki Level II practitioner Frank is qualified to offer energy work which includes sound healing with tuning forks to balance the body's energy systems. He also offers resonant frequency therapy using a Rife machine. Driven by his own healthcare journey, Frank is excited to bring his diverse skill set and enthusiasm to the team.

NANCY KELLOGG
BIO
Nancy began her journey in massage therapy after receiving her initial license in Nevada in December of 2019, later becoming licensed in Washington state in April of 2025. She brings a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques, specializing in deep issue, myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Her diverse skill set also includes medical massage, lymphatic drainage, and both pregnancy and infant massage. To further enhance her session she incorporates other modalities like cupping, gua sha, scraping and hot stone massage.
Nancy's experience working in a physical therapy clinic has given her a foundational understanding of injury patterns, rehabilitation protocols, and patient centered care. Inspired by a family member who followed a similar path, Nancy is happy to be a part of a team that aligns with her goals as a dedicated massage therapist.

PAYMENT DETAILS
A Fine Touch accepts major credit cards, checks and cash. We are also happy to accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. If you would like to seek reimbursement, we will provide a Super Bill and receipt for you to submit to your insurance company. Please contact your carrier directly to confirm your specific reimbursement policies.
