Risa Fein

Risa has been the independent owner and operator of A Fine touch since 2007. Her business has always been conveniently located in Bellevue. She got her start when she graduated from nail school in 1997. In 2005, she graduated from the Body Mind Academy as a Licensed Massage Therapist. After learning multiple modalities in school, her focus is whole body therapeutic treatment work. Including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and breath work. She incorporates heated stones and hot towels as an added benefit to her healing touch. Risa prioritizes each of her clients as number one. From your initial connection, throughout your session and scheduling your next visit. She believes it is her attention to detail and the one-to-one customer service that sets A Fine Touch apart.

Frank Sparling

Frank graduated from the Washington Spa Academy in September 2024. He joined A Fine Touch in December of the same year. Since then he’s honed his skills in deep tissue, trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques. He is a Reiki level II practitioner and can offer energy healing. It includes sound healing with tuning forks. This help with balancing the body’s energy systems. He can also treat clients with resonant frequency therapy using a Rife machine. His own healthcare journey has led him to a new career in massage and wellness. He is excited to be a new member of the team.

Nancy Kellogg

Nancy began her career in massage therapy in Nevada and was licensed there in December of 2019. She received her Washington State massage license in April of 2025. Her therapeutic techniques include deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. She also specializes in medical massage lymphatic drainage and pregnancy and infant massage. Other modalities that she uses are cupping, guaca, and hot stone massage her experience working in a physical therapy clinic gave her a foundational understanding of injury patterns, rehab protocol and patient-centered care. Nancy’s journey into body work was inspired by a family member who followed a similar path. She’s happy to be part of a team that aligns with her goals as a massage therapist.
